SEATTLE Arizona was bigger, but Seton Hall and Terry Dehere were
better.
Dehere continued his hot postseason play by scoring 28 points
and Seton Hall contained Arizona's big frontline for a 81-77 victory
Thursday in the semifinals of the West Regional.
"They were so resilient tonight, so mentally tough. They just
hang tough," Seton Hall coach P.J. Carlesimo said. "We really got a
lift from the bench when our starters got into foul trouble in the
first half."
The third-seeded Pirates (25-8) will play top-seeded UNLV
tomorrow, with the winner advancing to the Final Four.
