While looking ahead to a potential big success near O'Hare
Airport, Podolsky and Associates is studying how to save some
certified failures of other unfortunate developers.
The company hopes to repeat its Westbrook Corporate Center
success (in Westchester) at an unidentified site in Rosemont. If the
deal comes off, it would be named Rosemont Corporate Center. Why
change a good thing?
Meanwhile, the company is keeping busy by helping financial
institutions and developers pull their properties out of
receivership.
