Now that the weather is cooler, it's fun to bake again. Even
when there is no time for "serious" baking, we can enjoy baking
something easy. There is nothing like smelling the aroma of a
dessert baking in your own kitchen and having homemade treats to
offer your friends and family.
My favorite type of easy dessert is brownies. Whenever I want
to show off an authentic American sweet to friends who are visiting
from other countries, brownies are my choice.
Brownies seem to have been designed with the busy person in
mind. They require a relatively short baking time so they remain
moist inside. Mixing the batter is simple, without separating eggs
