MONTREAL The Montreal Expos' weekend series with the Cubs was
moved to Chicago's Wrigley Field today because of structural damage
to Olympic Stadium.
Tonight's game was canceled and Saturday's game will be played
as a part of doubleheader Sunday in Wrigley Field, (noon, Ch. 9).
The third game apparently will not be played, leaving the Cubs with
only 160 games this season (they were rained out Thursday in New
York).
The Expos had hoped to play the Cubs in Montreal, but scrapped
those plans Friday afternoon. No one is quite sure how many fans
will be in Wrigley Field. Season tickets will not be accepted.
"We're going crazy trying to predict what will happen," ticket
manager Frank Maloney ...
