The Mozzarella Co. offers several gift baskets for Christmas.
Among them is the Five Favorites basket ($45), which includes
one 1/2-pound mozzarella roll, one 1/3-pound goat cheese, one
3/4-pound smoked scamorza (mozzarella smoked over pecan shells), one
1/2-pound wedge of caciotta (a semisoft, delicately flavored cheese)
and one 1/2-pound container of fresh cream cheese.
Strictly Mozzarella ($40) contains four mozzarella rolls ( 1/2
pound each), each with a different filling: pesto, sun-dried tomato,
green olive or prosciutto.
Cheese Lover's Sampler ($45) includes one 1/2-pound mozzarella
roll, one 1/2-pound ball of fresh mozzarella, one 1/3-pound log of
