The Greenwood model at Riverside at Ole Caton Farm in Joliet
gives empty-nesters and singles a private, ranch-style housing
alternative to town-house or apartment living.
It is the only ranch that the Woodhill Corp is building in the
85-acre development of 240 single-family homes on the west bank of
the Du Page River.
Base-priced at $144,900, the 3-bedroom design has 1,564 square
feet of space.
"The Greenwood ranch blends in architecturally with our other
(split-level and 2-story) homes," said John H. Barcelona, president
of Woodhill.
