Article: It's A.P. Indy vs. Pine Bluff in a toss-up

Jockey Craig Perret shared his thoughts on tomorrow's Belmont Stakes, and he thinks the race is a toss-up between A.P. Indy and Pine Bluff.

"It's really that close," Perret said. "A.P. Indy is on top of his game and the way Pine Bluff won the Preakness and the way he worked for me the other morning, he's ready."

Perret knows Pine Bluff better than anybody. He's ridden him seven times and won the Remsen and Nashua stakes. However, he failed with him in the Kentucky Derby.

Perret opted to ride Alydeed in the Preakness because he had given trainer Ray Attfield his word.
