Construction is under way at Rainford Farms, a 369-home
subdivision in far southwest suburban Frankfort.
Seven furnished models are scheduled to be completed by June
27, said RWS Development Corp., the builder.
During pre-construction sales, 62 homes were sold in the first
phase of the development, said Kathy Szukalski, vice president of
sales and marketing for RWS.
"We're getting a real cross segment of home buyers. Everything
from empty-nesters to first-time and move-up buyers," Szukalski said.
At Rainford Farms, buyers can choose from two product lines and
an array of floor plans.
Three Country Series floor plans range in base price from
