Bad news for White Sox faithful.
In the last 10 years, 38 of the 40 division winners in baseball
were in first place on Labor Day.
The two who weren't were the 1984 and 1985 Royals and neither of
those teams was more than one game out.
The White Sox were 10 behind Oakland on Labor Day.

week.
The Brewers drew 128,587 for the three games, an average of
42,862. At this time of the year the Brewers normally average
10,000-15,000.
