Who could resist Joseph? He's a beautiful black child with dark
brown, curly hair and big, round brown eyes.
Joseph just celebrated his first birthday. He's social and
engaging, and understands what his foster mother tells him. He'll
stop whatever he's doing when she tells him NO.
Joseph is at his best when he's with other children. He
interacts quite well with them.
His foster family says a prayer before the dinner meal. When
prayers are being said, Joseph folds his hands and waits to eat.
Although Joseph eats all kinds of table food, he still likes his
