LINDBERG SELLS UNIT: Lindberg Corp. will sell its metalworking heat
treating operations in Conyers, Ga., to Carolina Commercial Heat
Treating Inc. of Charlotte, N.C. Lindberg president and CEO Leo G.
Thompson said the sale is part of a general restructuring of the
firm's heat treating business. Lindberg is the nation's largest
commercial heat treating company serving the metalworking industry.
CUSHMAN SELLS CENTER: Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of
Holmdel Towne Center in Monmouth County, N.J. Homart Development Co.
had asked $47 million for the property, and the transaction
represented the largest community shopping center sale in the nation
