It's inevitable. The start of a new year is about change. Sure,
Jan. 1 is simply another spin of the globe, another day gone, another
coming. But it's a mark. We look back to where we were, forward to
where we want to be. We look with sadness, satisfaction, we cringe,
we smile. All that good human stuff that lets us know where we are.
Some people aren't anywhere anymore. We lost some good folk in
'93. Of course we can see their like again . . . on video.
