Hello. Would someone please tell me why the postal workers are sorting mail in dim light at the Logan Square post office? Is it because the light bulbs reportedly burned out months ago, and the maintenance staff won't change them because they are more than 9 feet off the floor, and therefore the work has to be done by an electrician, who has yet to show up? Is this a joke? Mail 'em . . .
