Workout tapes are perennial favorites on the video sales charts.
With new additions to the genre popping up each week, it's an
exercise just to keep up with everything out there that helps toughen
those abs, tighten that tush and slim those thighs.
Here's a roundup of the latest titles to cross the video desk.
All are available at area video outlets and, if indicated, by phone.
"ESPN Fitness Pros" (ABC; $12.98 each) The popular cable show,
recognized for its modern choreography and funky style, has come up
with a five-part home video series. The first two titles, "Pros
Hi-Lo" and "Pros Step" are available now. Three more titles are
scheduled for a May release.
