The myths about vinegar's curative powers persist - for instance,
that it cures arthritis, slows the onset of old age, relieves stomach
disorders, controls weight, eliminates dandruff, normalizes urine,
relieves the need to urinate frequently, and is rich in fiber,
vitamins and minerals.
At the moment, there is no scientific evidence that consuming
vinegar in any form will confer special health benefits. The
available data are purely anecdotal, and there have been no good
studies to investigate these claims.
There are many things that vinegar does well, but the ones
