Just a couple of years ago, buying a laser printer seemed like an
expensive luxury if you wanted a good home computer printer. And for
good reason because good-quality laser printers then cost upward of
$3,000 - some of them way upward.
But like everything else in the computer world in the last year,
prices of good quality laser printers, which would all make excellent
additions to a home computer setup, have plummeted.
Prices in the sub-$1,000 range are not at all uncommon now, with
some lasers checking in below $600.
What kind of laser printer do you get for this kind of money?
