Much like a transplanted limb in a horror movie, the leather
policeman's jacket worn by an aspiring actor in "A Man in Uniform"
takes on a creepy life of its own. Closely miked so you can hear its
every crinkle and rub, it seems activated by the desperate
self-consciousness of its wearer, Henry (Tom McCamus).
An anxiety-ridden loner living with his indifferent, blue-collar
father (David Hemblen), Henry is already fixated on cops ...
