D D ear Readers: Last week, we printed Consuelo's letter, claiming our late prez, Lyndon Baines Johnson, approached her at a teachers conference in 1970 or '71, and declared she was his illegitimate daughter, born of a dalliance with a 17-year-old Hispanic girl, his student when he taught school in Cotulla, Texas, in the late '20s.

Given my clout as a columnist does not extend to demanding DNA testing of dead presidents, I proposed that the mystery could not be solved definitively.
