Deep into "Batman Forever," rubbery comic goofball Jim Carrey (as the
Riddler) thinks he has Batman right where he wants him, so he
expresses his maniacal happiness by proclaiming "S-s-s-pank me!"
That was it for me. That's when I had to crown "Batman Forever"
as the gayest straight movie in the history of the cinema.

Kajillions of people flocked to the theaters over the weekend to
see the third installment of the "Batman" series, this one starring
the shortish Val Kilmer as the Caped Crusader. It had the biggest
opening weekend, ever.
