How can Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Dinner, a dish so utterly simple
and so unusually orange, inspire the loyalty it does?
"The reason why it's endured so well is that it really fills
some fundamental needs," said Lance Friedmann, business director;
dinners for Kraft Foods. "It's easy, it has very good value and it
tastes good," he said of the dish, which has been around since 1937.
