nylon or straw. When the White Sox play the Indians, someone always
has one handy.
The Indians swept the White Sox four games in Cleveland from May
29-June 1. The Sox swept three games from the Indians at Comiskey
Park from June 23-25. And now it must be the Indians' turn again.
They rattled Alex Fernandez (5-8) and three Sox relievers for a
nine-inning season-high 21 hits - including a season-best six home
runs - to win 11-7 and be in position for another sweep.
"You make a good pitch and they find a way to hit it," said
Fernandez, who was roughed up for seven runs on 13 hits, including
four homers.
