Shannen 60090: Today's tragedy, tomorrow's movie. First there was the Pamela Smart story thinly disguised in "To Die For." Now, shooting is set to begin next month on a film based on the murder of young Jacklyn Dowaliby, the 6-year-old Midlothian, Ill., resident who was abducted from her home and whose body was later found in the woods of Blue Island. Parents David and Cynthia Dowaliby were arrested in connection to the murder. Cynthia was released, but David was tried and convicted of his daughter's murder.
