FULTON, Mo. Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher marked the 50th anniversary of Winston Churchill's "Iron Curtain" speech by warning against complacency as new threats to world security emerge from the remnants of the Cold War.

Speaking at Westminster College in Fulton, Mo., where Churchill in 1946 sounded the alarm against the looming communist menace, Thatcher echoed Churchill's tone.
