I wouldn't be caught dead marching around my own kitchen like a
drum majorette, keeping time to a Sousa march with a shiny black
rolling pin.
But this is a high-tech culinary classroom at the Disney
Institute in Orlando, and we're starting off our Healthy Cooking
class with a round of hefty kitchen aerobics. Little did I know that
later in Mexican Cooking, I'd be doing the conga.
The Institute, which opened last January on the grounds of Walt
Disney World, is Disney's first venture into the exploding field of
