`Two down, one to go," reports Sandra K. Seim, facilities manager at Orchestra Hall, with a happy sigh.

She's counting down the number of summers left in the three-year, $105 million renovation and expansion project that will approximately double the current size of Orchestra Hall into the 291,000-square-foot Symphony Center. Construction, which began in May, 1995, continues year-round, but moves into high gear during the summer.
