It's every landlord's nightmare.
He rents the two-bedroom apartment upstairs to a quiet,
middle-age woman who says she will use the extra space as a sewing
room.
Within days after she moves into the three-flat, granny opens
her home to her two unemployed and drug-dealing adult sons and their
girlfriends. One son's brood includes a foul-mouthed teenage son who
has dropped out of high school and spends most evenings every summer
hanging around outside the building with his loud, mean-looking
friends, with boom-box blaring. The other son's girlfriend has a
toddler and is expecting another baby in three months.
