Production line workers at Eli's Chicago's Finest Inc. are well-trained in sliding cooled cheesecakes from baking pans onto storage trays, piping on decorative toppings and packing them in boxes.

Now they are learning to perform their jobs in front of an audience.

With the Oct. 16 opening of its new manufacturing facility, the Northwest Side is no longer just home to the cheesecake baker. It is home to Eli's Cheesecake World.
