Hillary Rodham Clinton kept to safe themes during her swing
through Chicago and Kansas City - her second-term game plan, for the
time being. Her interest in children, education and small business,
she noted in an interview this week, stretches back 25 years.
The first lady, a huge sports fan, will attend her second Bulls
game of the week tonight. On Tuesday, she watched Scottie Pippen
dominate at the United Center. The first couple will take in the
Bulls-Bullets game here, "to see if Scottie Pippen can score 47
points again," White House press secretary Mike McCurry said.
During the Sun-Times interview, she explained why the White
