A new 24-story condominium building will join the Erie Centre
Lofts in the River North neighborhood.
The Erie Centre Tower, to be built by Chicago Urban Properties,
will offer 126 one- and two-level condominiums, scheduled for
preconstruction sales in January, with prices ranging from
approximately $136,900 to $485,900.
The Erie Centre Tower will be the first new construction
project for Chicago Urban Properties, according to president John
Mullen. It adjoins the Erie Centre Lofts, a loft conversion
building.
