You probably don't want to spend $30 on a bottle of wine to drink with chicken, but many hosts and cooks like to serve an affordable bottle with such a dinner.

So I asked my wine experts to bring to a tasting a wine that would go well with a simply prepared and seasoned roasted chicken.
