The "Dr. Seuss" bandit has robbed a seventh bank, the FBI said
Wednesday. The robber hit the Harris Bank in Libertyville at 4:50
p.m. Tuesday. Nicknamed for the stovepipe "Cat in the Hat"-type
topper he wore in the first two robberies, the man had a large
bandage covering his nose and upper lip, as usual. Police said he
wore a baseball cap and dark glasses and obscured his face by holding
a cellular phone to one ear. The FBI said it was the same robber who
held up six banks in June - one in Chicago, the rest in the northern
suburbs.
