`Dr. Seuss' bandit sought in seventh bank robbery

The "Dr. Seuss" bandit has robbed a seventh bank, the FBI said Wednesday. The robber hit the Harris Bank in Libertyville at 4:50 p.m. Tuesday. Nicknamed for the stovepipe "Cat in the Hat"-type topper he wore in the first two robberies, the man had a large bandage covering his nose and upper lip, as usual.
