Body mass index
Your "body mass index" helps determine whether your weight poses a
risk. Use this formula:
Multiply your weight by 705, divide by your height in inches,
divide again by your height in inches. The result is your BMI.
Less than 25: Little risk
25-29: Low to moderate risk
30 and higher: High risk
