Jeff Van Gundy says the New York Knicks' latest loss was all his
fault.
Phil Jackson couldn't agree more.
Van Gundy's mea culpa came after the Knicks were roasted 93-78
by the lowly 76ers on Sunday night in Philadelphia. The Knicks shot
only 34.9 percent and had 18 turnovers in losing to the last-place
76ers, and Van Gundy didn't take it well.
"When you look at that team out there playing as inconsistently
as it does," said Van Gundy, whose team faces the Bulls tonight at
the United Center (7 p.m., Ch. 9), "you have to look at one place,
and that's me. I think for eight years I've done a good job here.
