And that doesn't take into account the macaroni-and-cheese dinners that line the freezer cases, which are part of a $4-billion-a-year frozen-entree market. The National Frozen Food Association can't say exactly how much of the frozen-dinner figure is mac & cheese and how much is, say, lasagna or Salisbury steak.
