COLUMBUS, Ohio When lined up next to each other, the servings in the 7th Annual White Castle Recipe Contest looked like the swirling cars of a wild roller coaster.

There was Castle Breakfast Quiche, Awesome White Castle Italian Style Pizza Burgers, Castle Stuffed Potatoes (the winner), Lasagne Royale, Stubby's 3 Cheese White Castle Spinach Quiche, Breakfast Enchiladas.

And: Castle Parmigiana, White Castle Taco Fondue, White Castle South of the Border , Fit for a King White Castle Ring and White Castle Italiano.

Judging was held last month in the employee cafeteria of White Castle headquarters in Columbus. Nearly 200 White Castle fans from 12 states entered the contest. The final 11 ...
