Dirk Graham, the Blackhawks' rookie coach, has no problem with those who have questions about his hiring.

"I think it's a legitimate concern, and I would think the same thing if I was looking at the situation," Graham said. "But I could sit here and have 20 years on the job, and if I lose 60 percent of my games . . ."

The Hawks didn't do quite that badly last season, going 30-39-13.
