It's not too early to think about spring, as proven by the more
than 10,000 people from across the country who attended the
Mid-America Horticultural Trade Show at Chicago's Navy Pier recently.
More than 500 exhibitors displayed their wares, giving attendees
a clue as to what trends are continuing, which are getting even
bigger, and what new things gardeners may be able to purchase this
spring.
For instance, water gardening is big, and looks as if it is
going to get bigger.
Ponds, accessories for ponds, and plants for ponds are going to
be a big business.
Related to that, many manufacturers are starting to feature
fountains, from ornate wall-hung models to small-scale tabletop ...
