There's a hot new neighborhood in Chicago. It's near the lake and
has great transportation. There are a lot of new condo conversions
and town houses, and new single-family houses are on the way.
It's called Rogers Park.
Now, come back here. Keep reading. This isn't your father's
Rogers Park or your grandfather's. Today's Rogers Park is in the
midst a big land rush that only began a few months ago.
An old hospital is scheduled for condo conversion, single-family
homes are planned and a new town-house/condo complex is going up at
the end of Sheridan Road.
