There are two reasons why a 75-year-old woman would be the first
in line at 4 a.m. at a Michigan Avenue bookstore - Willie Mays and
Hank Aaron.
The legendary boys of summer were in town to promote the book All
Century Team, which chronicles the stories of the all-time best
players in baseball.
They're on the team, of course, and Lusardi wouldn't have it any
other way.
"I screamed my lungs out for these guys," said Lusardi. "I loved
the way both of them played the game."
