Pitcher Aaron Myette arrived at Comiskey Park on Thursday morning
set for another day in the White Sox bullpen and all prepared for the
postgame flight to Tampa, Fla.
Myette was headed out of town Thursday, but it was back to Class
AAA Charlotte instead of Florida.
After two days in the big leagues, Myette spun through the Sox'
revolving door for rookie pitchers just as right-hander Rocky Biddle
was arriving from Class AA Birmingham.
"I didn't know what to expect up here," Myette said as he packed
his bag before Thursday's game. "I can't be surprised by anything."
Just as he wasn't expecting his promotion from Charlotte between
