If you live in Indiana, you'd better start your New Year's Eve
party planning a little early.
Under state law, liquor stores won't be allowed to sell carry-out
alcohol on New Year's Eve or New Year's Day.
And if that weren't bad enough for partygoers, many Hoosier bars
won't be allowed to open the night of New Year's Eve, because it
falls on a Sunday.
