Q. Can the Florida Supreme Court just say yes or no to Gore's appeal, or are there other options?

A. There are several ways the court can rule. It can affirm Leon County Circuit Court Judge N. Sanders Sauls' decision. If that happens, Gore could appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
