If Michael Jordan plays next season for the Washington Wizards, his rivalry against the Bulls just grew a little more intense.

Jordan suffered two broken ribs during a pickup game Wednesday, and Bulls forward Ron Artest said he was the defender.

"I was guarding him," Artest said Friday. "He posted me up, and I'm not sure how it happened.

"It just seemed like he wasn't moving as well afterward, but he still played the whole game-you know Mike."

Jordan, 38, said he expects to be sidelined from any physical activity for the next six to eight weeks.
