¶llison Jordan Hodges is not someone people thought would
ever have to complain about child support.
After all, she is married to Craig Hodges, a former NBA basketball
star and local community activist. But the couple have been separated
for two years, and Jordan (she prefers that name now) says she hasn't
received child support for their adopted son since the breakup.
"If I am married to Craig Hodges, a former Chicago Bull champion,
people would assume I could pay day care when in fact I am struggling
every day to make sure my child is fed, clothed and gets a proper
education," Jordan told me. "That is the quality of life he is
entitled to, not just because he is Craig Hodges' son, but ...
