T he National Institute of Mental Health has a list of "Frequently Asked Questions about Suicide" on its Web site. The list includes questions and answers about who is at highest risk for suicide, whether risk is increased by depression and alcohol/drug abuse and what you should do if someone tells you they are thinking about committing suicide.
