LORD PALUMBO, the former Arts Council chairman, has been accused
of withholding funds from a multi- million pound family trust by
his son and eldest daughter from his first marriage, according to
the Mail on Sunday. James and Annabella Palumbo have issued a High
Court writ against their father to stop the three children from his
second marriage sharing the income from the trust. The paper says
that Lord Palumbo will contest the case.
