The one who came from nowhere to make Reservoir Dogs. The one who learnt his trade by working in a video store. The one, therefore, who has earned the worship of young, poor dreamers the world over. Say his name - Quentin Tarantino - and movieland anoraks unite in a mantra of "He's hip! He's cool! He steals from everyone and doesn't care!" No one dare fault him, no sirree bob.
