It's beginning to look a lot like Thanksgiving. Several weeks ago when we sought fresh cranberries to test holiday recipes, they were practically impossible to find. But now they're everywhere. Whether the impetus is the scarlet berry's tartness, its remarkably high levels of antioxidants or merely holiday habit, stock up while you can.
