If a Georgetown women's basketball player doesn't make 75 percent
of her free throws in a game, the Hoyas' coaches force her to meet
them the next morning for a long shooting session that could last as
many as 100 shots.
No such clinic will take place this morning, after the Hoyas used
their free throw shooting -- along with key shots by Lesley Walker --
to beat George Mason, 64-59, at Patriot Center. Walker had 20 points,
making key shots and free throws as the Hoyas (4-0) rallied from a 13-
point deficit late in the game.
Georgetown made 20 of 23 free throws, with Walker making 8 of 8
and center Rebekkah Brunson (23 points) making 7 of 8. That, along
