`Unclean' Aitken's eternal shame

AS WITH many of history's miserable sinners, it was to the Bible that Jonathan Aitken turned in his moment of apparent repentance.

In an extraordinary article to be published today, Belmarsh Prison's celebrity inmate quotes from the Old Testament in an attempt to highlight what he claims is genuine contrition.
